New Accounts: Complete the Account Information form located on our web site, www.abouttown.biz / Register.

Terms: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express or pre-paid with company check.

Merchandise: Electroplating processes of gold, silver, rhodium and other fashionable finishes over high quality base metals of brass, copper or cast iron. Merchandise will be boxed with "The Competition, Made in USA, or "About Town" logo, or request a no logo box. All jewelry may be purchased in bulk (no box) at $1.00 per item less. Rental Jewelry and other selected items purchased in bulk, not boxed.

Personal Logo: Your store logo is available for a one time tooling fee of $125 for one color hot stamped name or logo on cover of nested box. Additional cost for multi color logos. Mimimun purchase 480 units @ 1.00ea prepaid.

Delivery: The majority of our merchandise is available for immediate delivery. Items are out of stock, are usually canceled unless you request us to back order. Allow 2-4 weeks delivery time for back orders. Custom orders can take 4-6 weeks.

Shipping: Our primary carrier is UPS, and USPS Priority mail. Fed/Ex available upon request, service fees applies. There is a $5.00 handling fee for drop shipping direct to your customer. If you don't state otherwise, we will ship Cheapest way. (Blind Shipped, Using your information on the shipping label and packing list, our info will not show)

Ordering / Customer Service: NO minimum order requirements. A $5.00 handling fee for orders under $50 will be added. Our B2B web site is fully functional with an approved password, click "Register". Complete form then submit for approval. After approval you will be able to view prices and order on line. Order on line, Fax or E-mail anytime 24/7.

Consignment: Merchandise on consignment is available for special events.

Returns: All regular merchandise can be exchanged within 90 Days. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported within 24 hours upon receipt of goods.

We reserve the right to change any of our policies and/or changes to merchandise pricing or style, when needed. All merchnadise remains the property of The Competition/ About Town until paid in full. Prices subject to change.
