Terms & Conditions:

TERMS: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Certified Cashiers Check or Money Order also accepted. We can do COD's but freight costs to be paid up front for first time buyers.

MERCHANDISE: All merchandise is high quality, with most made in the United States. Items are delivered in Black Velour Boxes with the About Town or The Competition, made in USA, logo. Import cuff links delivered in a black nested box with Enrique Pardini logo. Generic logo can be supplied on request. Rental jewelry, sold in bulk (no boxes). All jewelry may be purchased in bulk for .50 cents per item less.

DISCOUNTS: Volume discounts are available.

CONSIGNMENT: Merchandise on a consignment basis is available for special sales. Mdse paid with credit card in advance, when unsold merchandise is returned with-in 60 days a credit card refund will be issued for merchandise returned in good condition.

PERSONAL LOGO: Your store logo is available for the Satin Puff inserts. A one time set-up, design charge of $110. Minimum order of 1,000 puffs per size at .25 cents each, prepaid.

Shipping & Delivery:

SHIPPING: Our standard carrier is UPS. We will use USPS for some small orders, Fed/X also available on request. We can also drop ship special orders direct to your customer.*

ORDERING: Order on Line / E-mail / or fax us any time. You may call a customer service rep between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time or leave a message before or after hours.

*Special Note: There are NO MINIMUM order requirements; however there is a $5.00 service charge for orders under $50 or Drop Ship orders.

Returns & Exchanges:

RETURNS: All regular merchandise is guaranteed for exchange within a 90 day period. All shortages and damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receipt of goods. All COD refusals are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs.

All goods remain the property of The Competition / About Town until paid for in full.
The Competition / About Town reserves the right to make any policy and/or merchandise related changes when necessary.
